Ehsan is a geotechnical expert with over 10 years of experience in offshore wind, oil & gas, dredging and coastal defense.

He has authored more than 10 conference papers and 9 peer-reviewed journal papers as well as a book on Geo-Bullet.

Sami co-founded Geo-Wise in 2019 and has over 8 years of experience in cost and procurement estimation, and execution in civil construction engineering projects. Sami has been involved in a wide range of projects ranging from tower building construction and dams to underground metro stations.

Martin, as technical advisor, has 15 years of experience in managing an offshore geotechnical consultancy (French office of Cathie Group), handling a wide range of offshore geotechnical issues, at all levels of project development, from feasibility, through FEED and detailed design, installation engineering, field supervision and analysis of installation data, for a wide variety of structures in the Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind Industry. 

As a senior consultant for TotalEnergies, Martin also supervised numerous offshore operations, such as pile installation and geotechnical surveys.
