Geo-Wise, as a spin-off company of Ghent University, was founded in 2019 and on the basis of the IP of Geo-Bullet software suite. Geo-Wise is further developing not only on Geo-Bullet but also on novel techniques to widen the possibilities of bringing the advanced and cutting-edge simulation techniques into the engineering practice.
Ehsan IZADI - Managing Director
Ehsan has obtained his PhD in the field of Geotechnical Engineering from Ghent University. He has developed Geo-Bullet software within his PhD work. His PhD has been recognized as one of the top five research works in Ghent University with high business potential in the iTrack programme in 2016. In 2019, he co-founded Geo-Wise and started his professional career as managing director of Geo-Wise.
He has authored more than 10 conference papers and 9 peer-reviewed journal papers as well as a book on Geo-Bullet.
Sami MADANI - Co-founder
She has over 4 years of experience in cost and procurement estimation in civil construction engineering projects. She has been Tender Manager in Parhoon Tarh Construction Contractors and was responsible for wide range of projects ranging from tower building construction and dams to underground metro stations (notable projects: Twin Tower Telecommunication and Isfahan Takhti Railway Station). She is currently a Tender Engineer in Belorama.
She has co-founded Geo-Wise in 2019.
Martin HAMMANN - Technical Advisor
Martin has 10 years of experience in managing an offshore geotechnical consultancy (French office of Cathie Group), handling a wide range of offshore geotechnical issues, at all levels of project development, from feasibility, through FEED and detailed design, installation engineering, field supervision and analysis of installation data, for a wide variety of structures in the Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind Industry.
As a senior consultant for TotalEnergies, Martin also supervised numerous offshore operations, such as pile installation and geotechnical surveys.
Slimane Zehzouh
Founder & President of GeoZ Consulting
Slimane Zehzouh is the founder and president of GeoZ Consulting, a marine engineering company based in the south of France. He has nearly 20 years of experience in project management and geotechnical fields, including site surveys, foundation design, and installation.
In addition to his extensive professional expertise, Slimane has authored several international publications, demonstrating his commitment to research and technical development in the field.
